After selling Medsite to WebMD in 2006 I spent about a year at WebMD. I needed a break so I took a few years off (I had a non-compete) and moved to Brazil. (Why Brazil? That is a separate blog.) Anyway, with all the changes happening in healthcare I was itching to jump back in. As entrepreneurs we love big markets with lots of change. Healthcare is the largest market in the US with more change than we have seen in decades. So I called up Jason (Jason Bhan, MD – Family Physician and my cousin) and Destry (Destry Sulkes, MD, MBA – Friend and former colleague) and we started evaluating opportunities.
