In today’s day and age we are so used to having access to everything at our fingertips. We need to know something, we just pull out our smartphones or go online. From financial transactions, travel arrangements, to buying something, there are a growing number of websites and apps that do it all and more. When it comes to accessing our physicians and healthcare, we are still living in the dark ages. It is inconvenient, inefficient and difficult. Why? -SB
