Physician Recruitment Consultant (PRC)

At Medivo our goal is to help physicians and patients improve the quality of their interactions to better manage diseases and conditions. We do this by helping physicians gain greater visibility into their patients’ lab data with a free analysis of their patients’ recent results. We also find appropriate patients to enroll in pharma-supported Patient Support Programs via lab data that is on file with major U.S. laboratories. Patients who are eligible may receive lab testing services, information, or educational material. In order to accomplish this, we call on and enroll targeted physicians and group practices across the country into Medivo’s PatientPath registry program. We are currently hiring Physician Recruitment Consultants in key U.S. cities to assist us in this enrollment process.

POSITION: Physician Recruitment Consultant (PRC)

LOCATIONS: Key Metropolitan Service Areas across the United States

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Upon hiring, learn all that is required about Medivo and the role of the PRC so that you can effectively present the value proposition to potential Medivo physician partners
  • Working off of a target list from Medivo, schedule appointments with target physicians or group practice leaders in your assigned territory
  • Enroll physicians and group practices in a Business Associate partnership with Medivo which requires a signed contract & completed checklist of practice information for lab data collection
  • Maintain accurate call schedules and reporting requirements as defined by Medivo

COMPENSATION:

  • $75 will be paid for each physician you enroll into the PatientPath registry service. Enrollment is considered complete when Medivo 1) receives the signed agreement with the physician and/or practice, and 2) the physician’s lab data collection information is confirmed by Medivo
  • A $100 bonus will be paid at 20 doctor increments. For example, the first 19 physician enrollees you will be paid $950 (19 x $50). At the signing of the 20th, 40th, 60th, etc. you will receive an extra $100 bonus on top of the regular $50 payment
  • Compensation will be paid on the 10th of each month for the physicians enrolled and lab data collected in the previous month
  • Select pre-approved meal allowance for meetings with target physicians & group practices will be reimbursed
  • Physician Recruitment Consultants will be responsible for their own reporting to local, state and federal taxing authorities. A 1099 form will be sent to each Consultant by January 31 for tax preparation purposes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicants should have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and established relationships with physicians in the territories they would be assigned to cover
  • Applicants will need to have reliable transportation and will need to provide evidence of insurance if utilizing their personal vehicles
